Title: 28 dates
Author: Stacey Lynn
My Thoughts: Caitlin has sworn off serious relationship. When her on and off friends with benefits for the last 2 years Jonas ended when he wanted more. She decides to help out her friend with his new dating app, promising you’ll find the one after 28 dates. But has she already found the one ? If you are looking for a quick, cute, funny, sweet, romantic book this it is. I very much enjoyed this book and I simply couldn’t wait to see where it ended up. Poor Caitlin… is this what dating life it like these days? I starting dating my now husband when I was 14 so this is not something I have ever experienced like I had just read! While it was a quick read I do wish the book would of been a little bit longer as some spots seemed rushed almost. Jonas I really did like him, but also kind of annoyed me… but he made it up to me in the end lol. I really loved Caitlin and her relationships with Teagan she always seemed to give the best advice. While I loved the idea of Trey and Corbin being like brother’s to her I felt like they really weren’t there enough throughout the book to really be like brother’s . I’m rating this book and 4 out of 5 stars you can get your own copy on June 11 pre order today!
Summary from Goodreads: Caitlin Pappas is a lifelong commitment-phobe. The closest thing she’s had to a relationship in the last few years was a friends-with-benefits thing that fizzled out because the guy wanted more. So when she and her best friend design a new app that promises to find “the one” in 28 Dates, Caitlin is the perfect guinea pig. Little does she know that she may have already met her match. . . .
Jonas Reeves has tried his best to move on after Caitlin didn’t want take things to the next level. Now they really are just friends . . . without benefits. Caitlin’s even a regular at his bar, The Dirty Martini. But when he learns that Caitlin plans to beta-test a new dating app on his home turf, Jonas senses a golden opportunity to win her heart. Even if he has to slide into her DMs to do it. . . .
